Integration into working life

The aim of the Career Centre is to guide the Junia students towards successful employment by helping them in shaping their professional project thanks to a special training course, through the search for internships or work-study contracts, and also by organising a range of experiences and meetings with local corporate and socio-economic players.

The Career Center has designed and set up a number of actions to support and counsel students from the moment they join JUNIA.

You can register for the conferences and workshops run by the corporate recruitment professionals in French and in English on topics like:

• designing and updating of your professional tools (CV, cover letter, presentation pitch…),
• internship and job search techniques,
• professional social networks,
• successful integration into the corporate world…

Our accompanying includes also:

• 3 major recruitment events each year
• Mock interviews with professional recruiters in French and in English
• Special meetings with JUNIA partner companies for engineering students
• End-of-study innovative projects
• Personalised support and coaching in French and in English from the Career Centre advisers
• A platform dedicated to internship offers and professional integration
• A special program for international students aimed at your better understanding of the French and international labour market.

Each year, the Career Center organises 3 recruitment events:

• Forum entreprises Junia (Junia Career Fair) in person at Lille Grand Palais, attended by over 165 companies.
• JUNIA International l Job Dating event, 100% remote, with over 45 companies offering international opportunities.
• Forum entreprises spécial Alternance, 100% online, with over 180 companies to help you find a work-study training contract.

Junia students benefit from numerous opportunities thanks to the Junia graduate network: conferences, exchange time, student-graduate mentoring, etc. Beyond the services, the network spirit is found in the direct participation of alumni in training, via professional fields or options for example. Being a member of the association means having privileged access to close contacts available to discuss careers, projects, orientation, expatriation… The Junia Alumni association allows you to maintain the link even after graduation!
