My visit at JUNIA was a remarkable experience that showed me the global mindset of the institution. Everyone I met could communicate in English fluently and professionally. I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, who demonstrated their excellence in every aspect.
Furthermore, we had a fruitful exchange of ideas on our teaching methods and practices. We shared our insights and perspectives on how to improve our pedagogy and curriculum.
I was also interested in their undergraduate curriculum, especially the way they integrate industry exposure and international mobility for their students. They require their students to do internships as assistant managers in various companies, where they can learn the skills and knowledge needed to become successful managers after graduation. They also encourage their students to go on exchange programs in different countries, where they can broaden their horizons and develop a global perspective.
I think these are great concepts that we can adopt for SIIT students as well, to prepare them to be future leaders with a global mindset.
