The silhouette of the Albert Le Grand house is gradually being transformed to accommodate services for students and employees of JUNIA, a leading engineering school.
The objective is twofold: to turn the former “family home” into a welcoming service center, conducive to diversified work methods, and to provide an emblematic showcase for the association’s missions.
The project respects the soul of the place, with a complete rehabilitation of the historic building. A touch of modernity was added with the addition of two glass and metal extensions. The interior – completely redesigned – will house offices adapted to new work practices.
The project will include a forum and two wings. The exteriors will be enhanced: planted courtyards, small experimental gardens… On the garden level, work and relaxation areas will be created.
